Fundamentum’s Property Development is headed by Paul Muir, who has over 16 years of large-scale construction experience.

We have extensive experience in developing underdeveloped areas. Fundamentum embraces these communities in order to provide facilities that uplift, develop and ultimately provide employment opportunities in these communities.

Our portfolio under management is spread over commercial, industrial and retail. Our group directors have vast experience in retail development and management especially in previously disadvantaged areas as well as at commuter hubs.

RETAIL LEASING

Successful retail is all about finding the RIGHT tenant for the RIGHT location at the RIGHT rental in order to ensure sustainability of the tenant mix, shopping centre, shopper expectations, dwell time and ultimately spend, which in turn will result in sustainability of return on investment.

We manage new developments from conceptualisation through to forecasting as well as tenant mix and management. From a consulting perspective, our service offering is vast - we provide comprehensive solutions, from strategic leasing plans to asset growth and portfolio management

With the expertise of our Financial team, Fundamentum is also able to oversee the financial and accounting requirements associated with shopping centre management.

Our Retail Leasing team is dynamic, comprehensive and agile.
